Apstrakt

Umjetna inteligencija se primjenjuje u svim aspektima života, uključujući i stvaralački dio i ima iznimno veliki potencijal. Ako polazimo od šireg društvenog interesa, takav se potencijal ne bi trebalo kočiti, jer bi njen daljnji razvitak mogao donijeti mogućnosti kakve donedavno nismo mogli ni zamisliti. Međutim, ne smije se dogoditi da se daljnjim razvojem ide na štetu autora kao pojedinaca, ali i sveopće kreativne industrije. Hipoteza u redu je da su postojeća pravna rješenja nedostatna za konkretno rješavanje ove problematike, i analizom u radu kroz primjenu znanstvenih metoda ona je, nažalost, i potvrđena. Zaključeno je da problematika odnosa umjetne inteligencije i autorskog prava proizlazi iz dva aspekta: autorskopravne zaštite AI-generiranih djela te treniranja AI-modela na zaštićenim sadržajima. Oba aspekta zahtijevaju hitnu pravnu intervenciju prvenstveno zbog osiguravanja pravne sigurnosti.
